Network Team Leader – Enterprise Network Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Network Team Leader to drive the design, implementation, security and continuous improvement of our enterprise network infrastructure. The role supports the bank’s business objectives by ensuring reliable, high‑performance network services and leading a technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, install and configure VPN, Wi‑Fi, WAN and LAN solutions based on business needs.
• Lead network expansion, replacement and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee troubleshooting, incident documentation and resolution with internal and external support teams.
• Maintain contracts for equipment, communication lines and licenses, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
• Supervise backup processes, configuration management and disaster‑recovery testing for business continuity.
• Implement and enforce PCI DSS and other security standards across all network devices.
• Monitor network performance, update monitoring tools and ensure optimal operation.
• Provide technical training and consulting support to other departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading network teams in a large‑scale, regulated environment.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering network initiatives on schedule.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, especially PCI DSS, within banking or financial services.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
