负责酒店整体运营管理，涵盖前厅、客房、餐饮、娱乐及工程等部门，确保符合品牌标准并实现财务目标。

主要职责

制定并执行酒店运营战略，提升客人满意度和收入。
监督各部门运营绩效，分析数据并进行预算管理。
管理收益目标，控制成本，提升入住率和房价。
处理客人投诉，推动服务改进。
组织人力资源活动，开展绩效评估与员工培训。

任职要求

酒店管理或工商管理相关学位。
2-4 年酒店前厅、客房、餐饮或运营管理经验。
具备制定运营策略和预算管理能力。
良好的沟通协调和团队领导能力。

必备技能

熟悉酒店运营流程及品牌标准。
数据分析与报告编制能力。
收益管理与成本控制技巧。
