Operations Accountant

About the role

The Operations Accountant will oversee trade offers, pricing structures, and the full accounts receivable/payable cycle to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting. This role supports cash‑flow optimisation and protects net margins by enforcing SOPs and supplier agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and obtain approval for supplier price structures and monitor landed‑cost compliance.
• Issue sales price lists and adjust costs through debit/credit notes as needed.
• Control the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely debits and compliance with supplier fact‑sheets.
• Reconcile receivable and payable accounts against supplier statements.
• Implement budget controls, verify fact‑sheet approvals, and track supplier contributions.
• Process trade offers in JDE to align invoicing with monthly pricing and offers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of accounting experience.

Required skills

• JDE (JD Edwards) accounting system.
