Operations Assistant – Partner Performance

About the role

As a member of Careem’s Food Operations team, you will ensure a seamless experience for customers, captains and partners. You will drive operational excellence by managing daily activities, monitoring performance metrics and using data insights to continuously improve the food delivery journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise day‑to‑day food operations, addressing real‑time issues quickly.
• Track, analyse and improve critical KPIs such as reliability, delivery times and service quality.
• Collaborate with training, commercial and supply teams to align goals and deliver results.
• Build reports and dashboards using spreadsheets to support data‑driven decisions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and enhance the end‑to‑end customer experience.
• Drive process improvements by combining data analysis with on‑ground operations.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in an operations role (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, complex environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Collaborative, proactive and eager to learn and share knowledge.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Basic SQL knowledge (a plus).
