Operations & Client Support Coordinator

About the role

Join Sawaaid’s core operations team as an Operations & Client Support Coordinator. You will be the main point of contact for patients and nurses, ensuring smooth service delivery and supporting the mission to bring quality home healthcare to Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all customer service communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email for patients and nurses.
• Follow up on service delivery, monitor patient satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, generate reports, and keep accurate records.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule nurses and caregivers for 12/24‑hour shifts.
• Organize and optimise daily logistics, support team coordination, and troubleshoot service problems.
• Adapt to a fast‑moving startup environment, taking initiative and flexibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service and operations.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and responsive.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on efficiency and scalability.
• Ability to thrive in a resource‑constrained startup setting.
