Operations Coordinator – Real Estate Closing

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to manage real‑estate closings across government and private‑bank portfolios. The role ensures smooth closing processes, accurate data handling, and timely reporting in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage real‑estate closings for government and private‑bank transactions.
• Liaise with internal teams, agents, lenders, and third parties to meet closing deadlines.
• Enter and maintain transaction data in internal systems with high accuracy.
• Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports.
• Submit property inspection reports and keep documentation up to date.
• Collect, verify, and organize Cash for Keys agreements and related paperwork.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all closing requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate closings, transaction coordination, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with government and private‑bank real‑estate processes is highly preferred.
• Strong data‑entry and reporting abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with property‑management or real‑estate software is a plus.
