Operations Leader

About the role

As an Operations Leader at Aramex, you will oversee domestic logistics operations, ensuring that service standards are met and customers receive a satisfactory experience. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously improving operational processes across the domestic network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all domestic activities, including planning, product development, and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Monitor and control bulk projects to guarantee timely processing and professional service delivery.
• Analyze business trends and customer feedback to drive technology, automation, and process improvements.
• Prepare, monitor, and ensure compliance of data in Info AXS with network standards.
• Coordinate incident and complaint handling with the customer service team.
• Develop customized domestic services in collaboration with sales teams.
• Lead improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and performance.
• Ensure shipment integrity and visibility throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• 3‑4 years of experience in operations management within logistics, last‑mile innovation, or ground operations.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on building teams, setting direction, and driving execution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
