Oracle EBS Techno Functional Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle EBS Techno Functional Lead to drive implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle E‑Business Suite financial and supply‑chain modules. You will design custom reports, interfaces, and PL/SQL solutions while ensuring seamless integration with third‑party systems in an R12 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, customize, and support Oracle E‑Business Suite Financial and SCM modules.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, forms, interfaces, alerts, and BI Publisher reports using TOAD.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to resolve system bugs and performance issues.
• Develop and manage integrations between Oracle EBS and external applications.
• Create technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals.
• Build data migration solutions using Oracle APIs.
• Support end‑to‑end O2C and P2P business cycles.
• Work with Oracle Developer 10g (Forms & Reports Builder) and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) when required.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in Oracle EBS functional and technical roles.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and support users in production environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications such as OCA or OCP are a plus.
