Outlets Manager – Food & Beverage Operations

About the role

The Outlets Manager will lead the Food & Beverage and related outlet operations at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest hospitality while ensuring smooth, economical running of all F&B, recreation, stewarding, banqueting and kitchen areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front‑of‑house teams during main service periods, ensuring high standards of guest hospitality.
• Coordinate closely with all departments, Guest Relations, Sales and Communications to align operations.
• Maintain quality, service and facility standards across Food & Beverage, Recreation, Stewarding, Banqueting and Kitchen.
• Act as Food & Beverage Manager in his/her absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Oversee F&B administrative standards, budgeting, revenue, cost control and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Mövenpick corporate and local operational and gastronomy standards.
• Supervise department heads to achieve their objectives and support their teams.
• Manage billing, inventory and purchasing for all outlets.
• Collaborate with Rooms Division and Sales offices for guest relations and commercial activities.
• Monitor internal audit results, productivity, cost‑effectiveness and preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, especially in food and beverage operations.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and staff development.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and provide visible floor management.
• Knowledge of Mövenpick operational standards and ability to enforce them.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and financial analysis within F&B.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to act decisively in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager.
