Outreach Officer – TVET and Skills Fund Programs

About the role

Business & Finance Consulting (BFC), a Swiss consulting firm specializing in development finance, supports The Future Skills Fund (FSF) in Amman, Jordan, within its "Education Financing for Employment" project. FSF, funded by the German Government and partnering with KfW, promotes skills building in Jordan. BFC is looking for an Outreach Officer to build and maintain relationships with community members, CBOs, partner organizations and key stakeholders to promote FSF programs, services and mission. The post is part-time (up to 15 working days per month, up to 6 hours per day), starts on 1 November 2026 and runs until 26 February 2027. It is a service agreement, not an employment opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage target communities and stakeholders.
• Represent FSF at community events, meetings, workshops and forums.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, partners and beneficiaries.
• Promote FSF programs through presentations, awareness sessions and outreach materials.
• Identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities and establish MOUs with CBOs and NGOs.
• Collect community feedback to inform program improvement and maintain accurate records of outreach activities.
• Prepare reports, coordinate with internal teams and support campaigns, advocacy initiatives and awareness drives.
• Provide career guidance for youth on TVET education and job opportunities, and help review applications when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in outreach, education and TVET programs.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel outside Amman.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with youth.
• Strong coordination, organization, follow-up and reporting skills.
