Partner Account Specialist

About the role

The Partner Account Specialist will drive revenue growth and market coverage by developing and executing joint business plans with our partner ecosystem. Working in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner‑led initiatives across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement joint business plans to achieve sales targets and expand footprint in priority industries.
• Build trust‑based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams, aligning on goals and performance expectations.
• Provide training, guidance, and resources to improve partner technical and sales competencies.
• Coordinate joint account planning, opportunity development, and marketing activities with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor partner KPIs, conduct regular business reviews, and deliver actionable insights.
• Support market expansion by strengthening partner coverage and recruiting new partners where needed.
• Represent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and relevant forums.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in SaaS, partner management, channel sales, or customer relationship management.
• Strong command of French (written and spoken) and fluency in English; additional language such as Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth across regional or multi‑country territories.
• Experience working effectively in a matrix organization.
