Partner Operations Manager

About the role

ExeQut is an AI, data and cybersecurity transformation partner serving regulated mid‑market organisations. The company is expanding a partner‑led US commercial sales motion and needs a Partner Operations Manager to act as the operational backbone. You will ensure that every partner relationship – from onboarding through deal registration and ongoing enablement – runs on rails.

Key responsibilities

• Lead partner onboarding: coordinate agreements, portal registration, contact mapping, kickoff scheduling and enablement logistics to get new partners operational within days.
• Manage deal‑registration administration across vendor portals such as Microsoft Partner Center, AWS Partner Central and One Identity, ensuring no lapses.
• Maintain the referral ledger for channel partners, tracking source attribution, fee triggers and payouts.
• Keep the partner pipeline clean in the CRM, update lifecycle stages, and produce the weekly partner report for leadership.
• Support cadence activities: schedule partner check‑ins and QBRs, prepare agendas, capture minutes and drive follow‑ups.
• Oversee partner‑portal profiles, certifications and program requirements across all vendor programs.
• Coordinate enablement logistics, including training sign‑ups, certification tracking and joint events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations or alliance operations supporting a B2B sales team.
• Hands‑on experience with vendor partner portals (e.g., Microsoft Partner Center, AWS Partner Central, One Identity).
• Strong CRM fluency and ability to build and maintain reports.
• Excellent written English for daily partner‑facing communication.
