Part‑Time CNA/Caregiver – Morning or Evening Shift

About the role

The CNA at Sagewood at Daybreak provides quality care, encouraging independence and supporting residents' physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well‑being. Shifts are available from 6 am‑2 pm or 2 pm‑10 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with simple requests and daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and ambulation.
• Provide companionship and build strong resident relationships.
• Respond to emergencies following policies and procedures.
• Document care provided and keep individual service plans up to date.
• Review 24‑hour reports and care checklists regularly.

Required profile

• Positive attitude – bring a smile to work every day.
• Team player who can work well with others.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of a nursing assistant course.
• First Aid and CPR certification (if required) and meet state training requirements.
• Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) preferred.
