Part‑time Hybrid Instructor

About the role

Pioneers Academy is seeking a part‑time hybrid Instructor to join its training team in Amman. The role combines on‑site teaching with remote responsibilities, allowing you to design and deliver high‑quality courses that meet the academy’s accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with Pioneers Academy’s curricula and accreditation requirements.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials, conduct interactive classes, assess participant progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Support ongoing course development, update content to reflect current industry practices, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent quality across programs.

Required profile

• Strong instructional, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse adult learners.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; professional certifications or international accreditations (e.g., PMI, Microsoft, PEARSON) are highly beneficial.
• Prior teaching, training or corporate education experience, especially within the Middle East region, is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and online learning platforms for both classroom and virtual delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
