Patients Affairs Coordinator

About the role

The Patients Affairs Coordinator will support the Patients Affairs Unit within the Cancer Care Insurance Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end operational processes and documentation.
• Facilitate communication among diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor service delivery, prepare reports and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Support the execution of assigned programs and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Relations, Insurance, Logistics, Hospitality Management, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum two years of professional experience; experience in grant management is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
