About the role
The Payroll Operations Specialist is responsible for executing salary payments and related payroll activities efficiently and in line with company policies. The role supports both KSA and overseas payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Check and review monthly salaries and benefits.
- Validate payroll amendment requests (housing, transportation, incentives) for KSA and overseas.
- Prepare manual amendment letters for mobile, internet, and other incentives.
- Process final settlements, increments in SuccessFactors, and annual contract renewals.
- Handle school fee payments, monthly incentives, overtime reports, residence fees, and housing loan requests.
- Activate monthly deductions, verify new bank account entries, and prepare bank loan letters.
- Process first‑time ticket payments and archive payroll documents.
- Provide periodic reports on task execution and deviations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex cases.
- Ensure quality control, compliance with policies, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll or related finance functions.
- Ability to continuously update technical knowledge and follow delivery schedules.
- Strong problem‑solving, quality assurance, and compliance orientation.
Required skills
- Accounting best practices, methods, principles, and systems.
- Financial reporting and analysis.
- HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Payroll administration, compensation analysis, policy, processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Financial planning and analysis.
