Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Amman. You will work onsite, leading high‑impact paid media campaigns that drive lead generation and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize data‑driven performance marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to meet KPI and ROI targets.
• Handle end‑to‑end campaign setup, including audience research, creative briefing, execution, and post‑campaign analytics.
• Oversee lead‑generation strategies, continuously improving lead quality and volume.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing objectives with overall business goals.
• Utilize A/B testing and data‑driven tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and platform updates in digital marketing and media buying.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Proven track record running targeted campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Advanced expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and analytics.
• Ability to analyze data and proactively identify growth opportunities.
