Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Congtent is seeking a full‑time Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid‑media initiatives for B2B SaaS and e‑commerce clients across the MENA region. Based on‑site in Amman, you will plan, launch and continuously optimise campaigns that drive qualified leads, revenue and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Build and iterate acquisition funnels, set up tracking and attribution, and run A/B tests.
• Analyse performance data, extract insights and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with clients to define growth goals, report results and align campaigns with broader strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform best practices and experiment with new tactics.
• Directly manage two team members, assign priorities, review work, coach technical skills and develop their capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading performance marketers and coaching junior talent.
• Strong background in performance marketing strategy, campaign planning and funnel optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with paid‑media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok or Snapchat.
• Proficiency in analytics tools, tracking implementation and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to design and run A/B tests and iterative optimisation cycles.
• Comfort interacting directly with clients, gathering requirements and presenting clear performance reports.
• Solid understanding of B2B SaaS and e‑commerce growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates).
