Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Amman. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, with a focus on lead generation and ROI maximisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition while continuously improving key metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Monitor budgets, allocate spend across channels and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Implement and maintain tracking pixels, conversion tracking and analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing and ongoing experimentation to boost performance.
• Analyse campaign data and audience behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high‑performing assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta, Google and TikTok ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong teamwork abilities.
