About the role
The Personalization Officer is responsible for managing the secure handling, inventory, and distribution of blank payment cards and personalized card‑PIN mailers. This role ensures that card personalization processes comply with security standards and operational procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Securely store and account for blank payment cards.
- Control requisitioning, packaging, and dispatch of personalized cards and PIN mailers.
- Perform daily inventory reconciliations and weekly audit counts of blank card stocks.
- Update the card inventory system for all additions and removals.
- Produce statistical management reports for the Personalization Manager.
- Coordinate with site and IT security audit functions to maintain personalization security.
- Deliver cards and PINs using approved couriers on scheduled times.
- Conduct monthly stock counts under security supervision and test personalized cards as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of the card personalization cycle.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively.
- Strong time‑management and presentation skills.
