Planning Engineer

About the role

The Planning Engineer will work on‑site in Amman, supporting the planning, scheduling and control of construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing timelines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines using planning software.
• Monitor project progress, generate progress reports and highlight variances.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align activities.
• Analyze performance data to identify potential delays and propose corrective actions.
• Support resource planning, workload distribution and risk mitigation.
• Prepare project documentation, planning reports and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure project planning is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
