Platforms Support Engineer – Amman

About the role
We are seeking a Platforms Support Engineer to join our Platforms Team in Amman, working hands‑on with VoIP, Linux, and carrier‑grade telecom platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain telephony and contact‑center infrastructure.
- Manage VoIP platforms, Linux and Windows servers, and data networks.
- Troubleshoot SIP and other telecommunication issues.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunication, Computer, Network Engineering or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- CCNA or related certification is highly valued.
