Pricing & Data Executive

About the role

The Pricing & Data Executive supports pricing activities across the parcel freight business, providing analytical and operational assistance to the Sales team. The role involves detailed case management, customer‑specific pricing analysis, and adherence to formal pricing approval processes. You will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance and Operations to drive commercial outcomes through data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end pricing cases for individual customers.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis of customer data to inform pricing decisions.
• Support transition of customer cohorts to new pricing offers as part of strategic initiatives.
• Follow formal pricing review and escalation procedures.
• Document and communicate pricing outcomes clearly and consistently.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide commercially sound, data‑driven pricing justifications.
• Investigate pricing anomalies or trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau or Looker.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting or Information Technology/Analytics.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to perform data analytics using Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Strong commercial analysis capabilities with high attention to detail.
