Pricing Trainee – MENA Market Access

About the role

This trainee position supports Hikma Pharmaceuticals' MENA pricing and market access function. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to help develop optimal pricing strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve patient access throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the MENA Pricing Guidelines Tracker and align it with local and regional pricing policies.
• Assist in generating evidence for pricing and market access strategies, including health‑economic evaluations and healthcare system mapping.
• Support evaluation of price certificates and external reference pricing to optimise pricing decisions.
• Perform pricing analytics and scenario modelling to aid decision‑making across Market Access, Marketing, Sales and Regulatory Affairs.
• Identify pricing risks and opportunities related to budget and business planning.
• Prepare pricing justification dossiers, value‑based arguments and price appeal letters for health authorities.
• Develop and maintain pricing intelligence databases.
• Assist in assessing patient‑access programmes during registration.
• Write reports, deliver presentations and contribute to market research projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
