About the role
We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑focused Account Manager to oversee client accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth. The role involves building lasting client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned clients.
- Manage day‑to‑day account activities, respond to client inquiries, and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee successful project delivery and timely support.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports and presentations, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, keep accurate account records, and support client retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving mindset with independent and collaborative work style.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets.
