Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Coordinator to support project purchasing activities, supplier sourcing and material delivery schedules for our construction projects in Jordan. The role is based at our head office in Amman and works closely with project teams, site engineers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase requisitions, verify specifications, quantities, budgets and delivery dates.
• Identify, pre‑qualify and source reliable suppliers, obtain competitive quotations and conduct bid comparisons.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, expedite suppliers and resolve material discrepancies on site.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and finance to ensure smooth procurement workflow and invoice matching.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, update the supplier database and prepare regular status reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement experience within construction or contracting companies.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, site operations and supplier management.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
