Product Development Manager – Jordan

About the role

The Product Development Manager will lead the sportswear apparel operations in Jordan, aligning product creation with brand strategy and market trends. This role focuses on rapid creation, SMUs, and leveraging factory proximity to drive speed, efficiency, and margin improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a change agent to establish end‑to‑end processes for a new operating model, partnering closely with suppliers.
• Facilitate and coordinate large meetings with HQ, sourcing, T1/T2 partners, ensuring clear communication, agenda setting, and follow‑up.
• Drive the product development process from brief to delivery, managing tools, range plans, forecasts, and product overviews.
• Maintain product systems for the assigned collection and continuously improve processes for speed and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, marketing, sourcing, and manufacturing to realize product vision.
• Analyze category performance, monitor competitive landscape, and ensure all product milestones are met.
• Present the range internally and to factory groups and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen in channel distribution, net sales, margin, profit and inventory.
• Broad apparel product knowledge covering design, pattern, construction, materials and trims.
• Ability to influence all organizational levels and align external partners with brand strategy.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced product creation environment with strong analytical and numerical skills.
