About the role
CEQUENS is looking for a Product Growth Manager to own the commercial growth engine of its CPaaS platform. You will define the growth strategy, manage acquisition channels and price modelling, and translate performance data into actionable plans.
Key responsibilities
- Set and own the quarterly growth plan, selecting target segments, channels and sequencing.
- Define the Ideal Customer Profile, segment priorities and the message‑channel‑segment matrix.
- Lead paid acquisition efforts, managing CAC, ROAS and channel efficiency while briefing the Performance Marketeer.
- Design, execute and analyse A/B tests; own the attribution model and feedback loop.
- Identify product‑led growth loops such as referrals, freemium triggers and in‑product signals.
- Model pricing changes and assess impact on conversion, expansion and segment mix.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4‑7 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, product marketing or commercial strategy with direct ownership of acquisition targets.
- Proven track record running paid acquisition campaigns with full budget responsibility.
- Experience building pricing models that inform commercial decisions.
- Hands‑on experience designing and executing A/B tests with documented methodology.
- Understanding of product‑led growth mechanics.
- Excellent written communication; briefs must be clear without translation.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
