Product Manager – B2C Products

About the role

Jo Academy is seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision and delivery of its B2C educational products. Based in Amman, you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and market opportunities.
• Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Set product goals and success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to guide development and measure impact.
• Lead the product through its entire lifecycle – ideation, discovery, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt using data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering, design, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver user‑centric solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2C digital products, preferably in the EdTech sector.
• Strong ability to translate market and user insights into product requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Data‑oriented mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
