Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong user‑experience mindset to shape Shahid’s digital products across web, mobile and TV. The role will drive intuitive, engaging experiences from onboarding to playback, working closely with design, research, engineering and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for user‑experience improvements across Shahid’s platforms.
• Partner with UX/UI designers and researchers to turn insights, usability testing and behavioral data into actionable product requirements.
• Own end‑to‑end user journeys—including onboarding, navigation, search, playback and engagement—identifying friction points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (business, engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high‑quality experiences on schedule.
• Manage product documentation, requirement gathering and follow‑ups for new features, enhancements and design‑system adoption.
• Define, run and analyse A/B tests and experiments to validate design decisions.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and user‑feedback analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
• Analyse data to monitor key experience metrics and drive continuous optimisation.
• Champion accessibility, Arabic‑first RTL localisation and platform consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, HCI or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7+ years of product‑management experience on consumer‑facing digital or platform products.
• Proven track record improving user experience across web, mobile and TV, preferably in streaming or media.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and user insights.
