Product Manager – Localization Platform

About the role

You will own the strategy, roadmap and backlog of CleverSo, Arabic.AI’s core localization platform, turning market signals and client needs into a scalable B2B product.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy, roadmap and backlog, distinguishing reusable platform capabilities from client‑specific customisations.
• Engage with investors, clients and leadership to present the product vision, roadmap and progress.
• Use AI tools to prototype and validate new features before engineering commitment.
• Lead the delivery team through refinement, planning and release, making final scope and trade‑off decisions.
• Define, track and report on product KPIs such as adoption, retention, revenue impact and platform health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Translation or related field.
• 4‑6 years of product management experience for live B2B software.
• Deep knowledge of translation/localisation workflows and Translation Management Systems.
• Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders, clients and investors.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TMS platforms such as XTM, Phrase, Smartling, memoQ, Trados.
• Familiarity with CAT‑tool concepts: translation memory, termbases, file filters, MT integration.
• Prototyping with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Figma Make) and creating clickable POCs.
• Agile delivery expertise; proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows.
