Product Owner – CX

About the role
We are looking for a Product Owner focused on Customer Experience (CX) to drive the development and delivery of CX‑centric solutions. In this role you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product backlog items and ensure successful sprint execution.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously refine the product backlog, updating items and prioritising daily under guidance.
- Gather, document and analyse business requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Assist in sprint preparation, participate in sprint planning, reviews and backlog grooming sessions.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align product direction, timelines and business priorities.
- Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and support release coordination and post‑release follow‑up.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile and Scrum processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Product Management within software or technology environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent analytical and business analysis skills, including writing user stories and process flows.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
