Product Owner – Wellness & Booking Platform

About the role

We are building a next‑generation booking, loyalty and customer‑experience platform for salons, spas, clinics and other service‑based businesses across the GCC. As the Product Owner you will shape the roadmap, translate market needs into actionable user stories and ensure the product delivers real value to wellness brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for both the consumer marketplace and the white‑label B2B platform.
• Convert business goals and client feedback into clear user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, engineering and QA to ship features that solve real operational problems.
• Define and refine booking, scheduling, loyalty and CRM workflows based on day‑to‑day service‑business operations.
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming and stakeholder review sessions.
• Validate releases against business requirements before go‑live.
• Provide a strong point of view on best‑in‑class booking and appointment experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager with direct exposure to booking, scheduling or appointment‑based platforms.
• Hands‑on experience in the wellness, salon, spa or beauty industry.
• Strong business acumen, balancing customer needs, technical constraints and commercial priorities.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in agile/scrum environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Builder’s mindset comfortable in a fast‑moving startup where priorities shift.
