Product Specialist – LSV R&B (Middle East & Pakistan)

About the role

The Product Specialist LSV R&B will lead product strategy and lifecycle management for the Middle East and Pakistan region, working closely with cross‑functional teams to align products with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategies for the assigned geography and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Define the local Target Product Profile, drive market positioning and manage the product lifecycle and portfolio shaping.
• Plan and allocate trial seeds, define standard varieties and key traits for PLC‑6 trials.
• Consolidate trial reports (PLC‑6) to support advancement decisions and promotional activities.
• Define and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy and customer experience campaigns.
• Lead variety naming, registration and IP protection activities.
• Assess value traits, propose pricing and provide market analysis.
• Provide strategic inputs to regional business units based on market trends, competitor landscape and customer needs.
• Offer technical support to key producers and assist sales teams with arguments and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product strategy development and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and market positioning.
• Ability to consolidate and analyse trial data to inform advancement decisions.
• Experience designing and implementing NPI strategies and customer experience campaigns.
• Skilled in market analysis, pricing strategy and competitor assessment.
• Capability to update customer needs, maintain target product profiles and evaluate portfolio health.
