Program Coordinator – Remote (EdTech Nonprofit)

About the role

Darsel, a fast‑growing AI‑driven education nonprofit, is looking for a Program Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of its global programs in Jordan, India, and Nigeria. The role is remote‑first and offers a flexible full‑time schedule, allowing you to directly influence the learning outcomes of hundreds of thousands of students.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and project management by defining tasks, deadlines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Monitor program impact, conduct performance reviews, and design experiments to improve effectiveness.
• Document learnings and best practices to facilitate cross‑program collaboration.
• Assist in preparing impact reports, expansion plans, and fundraising materials.
• Guide country teams in adopting and operating internal data systems, including student and classroom account management, reporting, and content management tools.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating closely with central leadership and in‑country teams.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
