Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the development and management of liability programs and products across multiple customer segments. This role ensures that products meet market needs, align with the bank’s strategic objectives, and deliver profitability and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage liability programs and products in line with the bank’s strategy.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify product opportunities.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Segment Development, Marketing, Operations, IT, Digital Channels, Compliance, Risk, branches, and other stakeholders for timely implementation.
• Prepare feasibility studies, business plans, budgets, profitability analyses, and performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs such as portfolio growth, customer numbers, deposits, profitability, utilization, and sales performance.
• Propose enhancements to product features, pricing, loyalty programs, service delivery, and customer experience.
• Support marketing campaigns and create product‑related training and awareness materials.
• Gather feedback from customers and branches to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with external partners on joint initiatives and ensure agreement compliance.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, delegated authorities, and regulatory requirements.
• Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Business Continuity and Emergency Response teams as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product development, program management, or banking marketing.
• Strong knowledge of liability products, retail banking, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with the bank’s internal policies, procedures, systems, and Central Bank of Jordan regulations.
