Project Coordinator - Infrastructure (Design Team)

About the role

Egis, an international engineering, consulting and construction firm operating in 100 countries, is hiring a Project Coordinator for its infrastructure design team in Amman. The role keeps infrastructure projects on track through the design stages and supports coordination between the design team, project managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Track the status, deliverables and delivery schedules of all infrastructure projects and coordinate with team members to keep the workflow on track.
• Ensure all project deliverables are fulfilled throughout the design stages.
• Coordinate with project managers on VO's.
• Manage project paperwork so that all materials are current, properly filed and stored.
• Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails, and direct project correspondence.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives for projects led by the infrastructure team.
• Identify and address gaps in interdisciplinary coordination for infrastructure design tasks.
• Support monitoring and tracking of deployment, revenue, cost, profitability and payment collection for projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Project Management or Bachelor of Business Administration.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
