Project Cost & Financial Analyst

About the role

The Cost & Financial Analyst will support the Commercial & Financial Lead throughout the financial close period and the subsequent implementation phase of a major PPP infrastructure project in Jordan. The role focuses on analytical, financial, commercial and administrative tasks to ensure accurate tracking, reporting and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical, financial, commercial and administrative support during financial close and project implementation.
• Review and analyse commercial, financial and contractual matters.
• Maintain project tracking and reporting tools, monitoring key obligations, deliverables and milestones.
• Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation.
• Conduct research, analysis, coordination and documentation activities across project workstreams.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• High attention to detail when working with complex datasets and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
