Project Manager – Digital Healthcare Solutions

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of technical projects across digital healthcare products and services, guiding initiatives from conception through to closure. Working closely with the Project Director, you will act as the central liaison between vendors, solution providers, and the client organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery and deployment of solutions, overseeing all system components.
• Maintain the project portfolio, prioritize initiatives based on business strategy, and report progress to senior management.
• Develop and execute project charters, plans, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and inter‑dependencies across multiple projects and partners.
• Apply project‑management disciplines to control risks, issues, quality, change, and stakeholder communication.
• Represent the project in regular updates with PMO, partners, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing digital healthcare or health‑insurance technology projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
