About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager – Digital Transformation to lead and support digital initiatives across government, telecom and financial services. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, assess current processes and help design and deliver digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support and contribute to the delivery of digital transformation programs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather inputs and align on requirements.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in translating business needs into structured digital solutions.
- Map and optimize customer journeys and service experiences.
- Document business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track progress, KPIs and reporting for governance.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions.
Required profile
- 7–12 years of experience in project management, business analysis or digital transformation.
- Experience in at least one of the following sectors: government, telecom or financial services.
- Exposure to customer experience, service design or business process improvement.
- Proven ability to work between business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willingness to work onsite.
