Project Manager – EdTech

About the role

Jo Academy, a leading EdTech company in Jordan, is looking for a Project Manager to drive the planning, execution and delivery of its digital learning initiatives. The role will oversee projects from ideation through production, ensuring they meet scope, budget and timeline expectations while coordinating across multiple functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional projects, aligning scope, budget and schedule with stakeholder expectations.
• Define project scope, deliverables and roles in collaboration with business partners.
• Build and maintain roadmaps, release plans and dependency maps, adjusting plans based on performance insights and risk assessments.
• Map critical paths, manage inter‑department dependencies and track baseline schedules against actual performance.
• Identify and remove blockers, resolve conflicts and enforce a strict change‑management process.
• Escalate issues early and transparently to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and negotiate project scope, schedule and resources.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and cross‑team coordination.
• Experience establishing structured execution frameworks and delivery discipline.
