Project Manager

About the role

Dar Al Omran is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of engineering consultancy and supervision projects in Aqaba. The role involves overseeing project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with quality standards, budget, and schedule while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution and successful delivery of engineering consultancy and supervision services.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Conduct regular meetings to resolve technical and contractual issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate project teams and site supervision staff, defining clear objectives and providing feedback.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, synchronising engineering, procurement, construction supervision, planning, quality, and commercial activities.
• Participate in pricing, tender evaluations, contractor negotiations, and contract administration.
• Monitor financial performance against approved budgets and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineering consultancy or construction projects.
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a focus on satisfaction and proactive communication.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and providing coaching or performance feedback.
• Familiarity with contract administration, tender processes, and financial monitoring.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
