Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Developments

About the role

TAJ ALSAFA® is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead residential and commercial development projects in Amman. The role involves end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder coordination from inception to handover.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep construction progress on track.
• Monitor site work, resolve issues and risks, and supervise inspections to guarantee compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Manage logistics, material handling, transportation and site inventory to ensure smooth material flow.
• Prepare status reports, maintain project documentation and support decision‑making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of project methods and processes.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder coordination.
• Background as an Expeditor with strong skills in managing suppliers, materials and timelines.
• Experience in inspection activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in logistics management, covering material handling, transportation coordination and site inventory control.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Preferably experience in real‑estate development or construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
