Project Manager – Technology Delivery & Migration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer‑facing technology delivery and migration projects from initiation through closure. The role focuses on ensuring projects meet time, scope, budget, and business‑goal expectations while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology solutions, aligning with customer objectives.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to internal and customer teams, acting as the primary escalation point.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Apply structured methodologies (PMI, Agile) and maintain rigorous governance.
• Coordinate change and migration processes with customers, internal teams, and third‑party partners.
• Participate in maintenance windows, migration execution, and proactive support cases.
• Leverage AI, automation, and reporting tools for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT services, networking, infrastructure, or managed‑services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer‑facing projects and programs.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, budget tracking, and reporting.
• Experience with change management and migration planning.
