Proposal Coordinator (Sustainability & Environmental)

About the role

KEO is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support its award‑winning sustainability and environmental team in Amman. The role provides general administration and coordination for high‑quality proposals aligned with client requirements and pursuit strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, minutes, reports and project documents.
• Format and assemble proposal drafts, inserting standard text, datasheets and CVs.
• Manage qualification document preparation and resource assembly for RFP responses.
• Guide and review contributions from authors, ensuring consistency and quality before final submission.
• Maintain databases of project descriptions, resumes and corporate statistics.
• Oversee tender portals (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Oracle) and generate activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in proposal coordination or related administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with tender platforms such as SAP Ariba, Jaggaer or Oracle.
