Proposal & Pursuit Manager – Consulting

About the role

EY is looking for a Proposal & Pursuit Manager to act as a strategic partner for pursuit teams in Jordan. You will translate client requirements into compelling, win‑focused proposals, ensuring alignment with EY’s value proposition and branding.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement teams throughout the full proposal lifecycle, from early shaping to final submission.
• Develop storylines, executive summaries, value propositions and other key sections.
• Summarize and translate RFPs/RFQs into English for senior decision‑makers.
• Ensure high‑quality formatting, visual design and compliance with EY branding standards.
• Manage version control and maintain reusable content, templates and knowledge assets.
• Conduct quality checks, identify gaps and provide feedback to improve win probability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of relevant experience for a Senior Consultant role or 6+ years for a Manager role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in consulting, professional services or large corporates, preferably with exposure to transformation, performance improvement or project management.

• Strong PowerPoint visual design skills.
