QA Trainee – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated QA Trainee to join its manufacturing site in Sahab, Amman. You will support the quality assurance function, ensuring that all production activities comply with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Review documentation to verify compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
• Perform line clearance, inspections, and physical testing in manufacturing areas.
• Execute stage approvals and process validation batches according to SOPs.
• Monitor implementation of the quality management system across production and warehouse departments.
• Conduct sampling, cleaning validation, and verification of finished products.
• Interpret data and communicate results to quality management.
• Maintain personal hygiene, area cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and Materials Management to ensure seamless workflow.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or student eager to start a career in quality assurance.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
