Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Engineer will lead the drive for operational efficiency, standardisation and continuous improvement across DCP's manufacturing sites. Working closely with plant managers, production and QC teams, the role ensures high quality, safety and compliance while supporting automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Group Operations Manual and QA checklists for all units.
• Design and run internal operations audits, including HSE compliance.
• Analyse production processes to boost efficiency, increase yield and reduce waste.
• Map end‑to‑end processes, identify bottlenecks and standardise mixing procedures.
• Lead the transition toward automation and semi‑automation.
• Promote a culture of cleanliness, safety and operational excellence.
• Manage upgrade initiatives and demonstrate measurable improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or chemical engineering.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 4–7 years of experience in quality assurance or operations within a manufacturing environment.
