Quality Assurance & Operational Control Officer

About the role

Dallah Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance & Operational Control Officer to ensure operational accuracy, contract compliance, and fleet management across the organization. The role combines quality assurance, risk identification, and reporting to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, service agreements and tender documentation.
• Monitor fleet tracking systems, vehicle movements, and fuel consumption, producing regular reports.
• Generate daily and monthly operational reports, identify errors, risks and gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR and Operations to ensure documentation accuracy and support investigations when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, auditing or control roles.
• Proven experience with tenders, contracts and service agreements (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of operational procedures, internal controls and analytical reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and maintain high attention to detail.
