Quality Assurance Section Head

About the role

Lead and oversee the effective implementation of assigned Quality Assurance systems and GMP compliance activities within the Al Qastal Industrial Area, ensuring internal quality standards and regulatory requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and effectiveness of QA systems such as Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, Documentation Control and Supplier Qualification.
• Monitor GMP compliance across the assigned operational scope and coordinate corrective actions.
• Plan, support and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of observations.
• Review and approve quality‑related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage investigations, root‑cause analysis and closure of deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Provide technical guidance to the QA section team and ensure priorities are met.
• Support delivery of QA training programs and drive continuous improvement of QA systems.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Engineering and other functions to embed quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of QA experience in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA systems, audits, documentation control and supplier qualification.
• Excellent command of English.
